Yup shenanigans! picked up a 222 CCP today. Its in need of some work. Front deck is super soft. no console, no motor. The transom was enclosed and a bracket was put on. Its still not known how much work it will need, but con, emm i mean deconstruction, will start shortly. Even as a project boat this thing is pretty clean. we all know my pet peeve about dirty boats for sale.

Wasting no time. the tank looks pretty good. i dont like the make shift bench over the splashwell. There is also some spongy spots aft. So the entire interior will come out. The backet will come off, clean up the corrosion.

How is the transom, that wood knot looks a little concerning. That tank looks to have been replaced at one time due to being a little smaller in length. That CCP is a good hull for that coast with the high freeboard.

You going to reuse the coffin or make a new fuel tank area? I like the progress though.
